Information and purpose

If you request a Free Revenue Friction Review, we use the name, email, company, role, business challenge and optional message you provide solely to assess and respond to your enquiry and arrange any agreed next steps. This processing is based on taking steps at your request before a potential professional engagement. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Confidentiality and storage

We treat enquiries confidentially and limit access to those managing Discover Why. Form responses may be stored by WordPress.com / Jetpack, and a notification copy is delivered to Gmail. These providers process information in connection with the service. We do not create a separate marketing database, sell enquiry data or publish identifiable details without permission.

Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential customer records in the form. If we analyze general patterns from enquiries, we will use aggregated or de-identified information where practicable.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiries only while needed to review them, respond and manage any relevant follow-up, or meet applicable legal obligations. We review and delete information that is no longer necessary. You may request access, rectification, deletion or other applicable data-protection rights by emailing cpoch@discover-why.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Spain’s Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

The website is hosted on WordPress.com. Any non-essential cookies or additional tracking tools, if introduced, will be reviewed and disclosed separately.
